Your investment of €35 (or €42) includes:
~8 or 10 classes + access to all class recordings!
Never miss a class!
~Class recordings are accessible with passcode as long as I am in business.
~1.5hr class: 15 minutes at the beginning of each class will be saved for 'community time' where you can ask questions and connect, if no questions I will use the time for thoughts or teachings.
*Please note: community time is optional, it will not be recorded. Class time starts at quarter past the hour.
~Recap or an information share sent via email after every class.
~Direct contact with me via E-mail or phone should you have any personal questions.
But what if...
I can only attend one class a week?
Advancement happens per week, not class. So the Tuesday and Thursday class will be similar in times and structure per week.
I can't attend any live classes?
Enjoy the recordings. You do not need to attend live, class recordings will be available within 24 hours of the live session.
I can't afford it?
I am happy to work with people on an individual basis and come up with an agreement as to what is fair. If you are from another country and the Euro is too strong a currency to pay in, let me know and you will get a rate that is conducive to what you pay in your own country...its only right. I enjoy trades as well.
I want to support Energy of the Moon financially?
There is always an option to add to the investment cost when you pay for your classes...and thank-you. Your donation and kindness helps me help others.
I just found your website and want to join mid session?
You can start class, the latest, on the second Thursday of the session. You will need to ensure that you have time to practice one class from the first week, before starting at week 2. I would love to offer it right away but the integrity of the structure and build up would be at risk. And sorry, no discounts, the cost of the class is already a great deal and you will have access to all classes as soon as you sign up.
I have no yoga experience?
Sessions are structured to encourage slowing down, listening and learning what the postures bring for the first part of the series. You are guided through everything in a way that allows you to create the class around YOUR body. I have learned so much by starting these postures slow, learning how my body moves and giving it the space to really decide what it does and doesn't like.Your body can show up different every day so giving you the knowledge to decide what's best is a top priority.
Classes are developed using my background in body movement studies. I am always looking to teach postures in ways that are safe and practical for the body, using past knowledge and branching out to different yoga styles, teachers, sports and body movement methods when needed.
I come late?
The joys of online teaching, there is no disruptions what so ever. Better late then never!
I just want exercise?
Great! Stepping out of your comfort zone is exactly what your mind and body needs, you have made it this far into inquiring, look inside and find out why.
I don't like you (I mean the class) and I paid for the whole series?
I will refund 50% of your investment.
